Cold City is a FiveM (GTA V) roleplay community, or a gaming community, depending on your perspective. Here at Cold City, we strive for success for all our gamers. Whether you play Call of Duty, GTA V, FiveM, Fortnite, or other games, we are here to help players build teams, make friends, and create a family. Cold City is dedicated to providing a fun atmosphere and a safe space for everyone.

**What is your store for?**  

Our store offers in-game FiveM products that players or members can purchase to enhance their Los Santos lifestyle. Available items include cash, guns, cars (including unique 1-of-1 cars), and more.

**Will the store offer other products?**  

Yes! We will soon begin offering Call of Duty 6 bot lobbies at an affordable price. Please stay updated in our Discord for more information! (This will be on a separate page and is not related to FiveM.)

**When was this community created?**  

Cold City V2 was created on July 30th, 2025, at 2:11 PM Central Time.

**Why should we trust the store if it has no reviews?**  

That's a great question! I am new to the store and am currently working on integrating Trustpilot for reviews. In the meantime, you can check our Discord for reviews, as they will be available there. You are also welcome to leave a review or "vouch" for me!

**How can we get support or order assistance?**  

To get support, please scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find a prompt that says, "Hello! How can I help?" You can click on that or join our Discord link provided above. When requesting support regarding an order, please follow these steps:

1. Have your order number ready. 

2. Be respectful towards our workers, as we strive to assist you as quickly as possible—remember, we all have lives. Please provide the worker with any questions or concerns you may have. Note that response times may vary (1-3 days for delivery, and 1-5 hours for support).

**Owner Notes:**  

We will be working on more projects in the future, including a video game, but that is still a work in progress and takes a lot of time! My team and I are currently focused on maintaining our FiveM server, as well as creating a Roblox server. Next, we plan to develop a full-fledged video game.
